This is from October 1795 and references his own birthday. ![]() In this further capture from Parson Brown's diary (of 17th April 1795) we see a fairly common entry showing Parson Brown mixing with the local middle classes. "Esther [his wife] and I drank Tea with Mr and Mrs Blake and Ellis Needham, Hargate wall. It was after 10 when we got home". ![]() |
